The EGC has established a consultation service in order to ensure proper electric power trade and the neutrality of network division.
The consultation service provides consumers with advice on problems when concluding retail supply contracts and takes your report on information on violations of laws and regulations by retail electric power suppliers.
Mediation and arbitration
The EGC has established a system of mediation and arbitration to handle disputes related to electricity, gas, and heat transactions in a fair and neutral manner.

- If the other party refuses to agree or is unable to reach an agreement despite an offer to conclude a contract
